Software Architecture

We are starting a website in China helping Chinese people to choose an appropriate English name and as an additional service we will design a coat of arms for their family, club, team etc, using an external website, which we wish to keep secret from our customers. We need to automate the whole process, as we expect a large response. The services we offer are: 1. Simple name select. Task: we need 3 random names (or 6 or 9 or 12 for additional cost) selected from an approved list and inserted into a pdf and attached to an email, automatically sent once the customer has paid by Alipay (scanning the QR code first to gain access to the pdf). 2. Name research. Task: The customer sends us 3 names, and we automatically provide background information on that name: i.e. country of origin, meaning and possibly a list showing its popularity in the last 3 years (this list is not essential if it is too difficult. 3. Names by category. Task: we will provide a list of 3, 6, 9, or 12 names (separated by boy or girl) based on different categories, such as 'Cool Names', 'Royal Names' 'American Names', 'Twins' etc, very similar to point 1. 4. Designing a Coat of Arms. Task: This is the difficult one...The client chooses from 51 different characteristics (choose 3 only). The external website then generates 3 coats based on these choices. If they do not like them, we can start from scratch. There are approx 10 shield shapes, and each shape has around 10 further subdivisions. We then add charges (heraldic shapes....tools, animals etc.). The finished article needs to be added into a pdf. We will additionally purchase the HQ version for printing and send it to the customer, probably by email. Additional Points: We have run the idea through on a wix website. We have the content (words & pics) already in both English & Chinese. No need for translation, no need for further web layout, but the site obviously needs to display Chinese characters. With regards to the coat of arms, it would be much better if we could have the input fields from the Coat of Arms website directly showing on our website, presumably by HTML? We don't want the original URL showing. It shouldn't be too hard to import the relevant lists of names directly into a DB? Please let us have your thoughts on the above, together with cost and estimated delivery time. We are a startup, so obviously cost is an important factor; however, if you come up with an awesome solution and can justify the cost, then we will happily consider it.
