Require a VSIX Add-in for SSMS 17.9 which can be installed by an administrator but run by an users. Use this code as a template, however it does not run for all users.

It needs to be wrapped into an installer.

Initial project is to prove that the addin can be installed and used by all users, even new users who have never logged into the machine. Note that the users are NOT administrators but the installer will be run by an administrator.

Only apply if you have experience of windows applications and installation and associated registry management.
