Work with programming team - database modifications

We are looking for a freelancer who is an expert in php, and website development. Freelancer must be willing to work under instruction of our lead programmer. We have a custom database built with cakephp and we have changes that need to be made to both the database and website content. We are looking for someone who will be working with us long term on maintenance and new projects as we move forward. There are two parts to this project: 1. Freelancer needs to access database and become familiar with our setup, then create documentation for us on how all is connected and functioning. 2. Work on a detailed list of modifications to database functionality and website content. Attached are specs on our current programming as well as an example list of tasks that need to be completed. The tasks are small and should not take long to complete.
