Write some software -- 4

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac using C or C++. Electronic boost controller and turbo timer for turbocharged Cars that is controlled by a mobile app for iPhone and android . (If you don't know what a Electronic boost controller and a turbo timer is please don't contact me) This is driven through a Atmega328p from a arduino. I need a code that does the following:

Electronic Boost controller

-6 programmable settings

-ability to set boost anytime

-1-100psi

-6 programmable boost cut/fail safe feature (user sets this setting )

Turbo Timer

-4 programmable settings

-ability to set a temporary timer

- ability "to stop" turbo timer

- .00 seconds - 2 minutes

- handbrake shut off safety feature

*** the code should work off last presets in case the phone is dead ***

App

- Splash screen

- Background running

- 3 programmable settings for turbo timer

- 3 programmable settings for boost pressure

- Display real time pressure readings

- Display turbo timer

- Display selected preset boost settings

-Display selected turbo timer settings

- Turbo timer countdown

- Notifications when timer starts and finish
