Create/customize an order request and management web application like the one used on Quartzy.com. The more like [login to view URL]'s order request application (screen shot attached), the better. The application should be customized in a way which allows me and 3+ employees in my company to handle order requests from multiple clients and host several different vendor catalogs. Our clients should be able to login to the application, and based on this login: - Be able to order from a list of items they have ordered previously - Have access to ordering from a list of items I've uploaded. - Create a custom order for something that is not in our catalog. Administrators should be able to view each clients orders, and be able to generate a quote/invoice based on their order request. The more like [login to view URL]'s order request application, the better. Notes: Clients should not be able to view another client's orders; only admins should have access to this. Additionally, clients should not know what other clients have ordered. If the freelancer does an excellent job he will be hired for additional projects. If there is a web application out there already that does most of this once customized, then that is also an acceptable solution rather than building the application from scratch.
