The ability to decompile .csc files used in gta 5 for ps3, it also needs to edit and compile back together. An example would be ScoToolbox that was used to decompile/edit and compile the .scos in gta 4 it just needs to have the same functions as that only for .csc files. If it cost more than £20 then I could send something that could sell for £100 or more I'll explain another time though
