I am looking to build a web app that is cross-compatible with all browsers. The app will comprise of a profile page, an information section on how to use the app, an information section on how to use the item and an order section. The profile page contains address, phone number, photo and payment information. The app has to be able to process payments (either by using third party or on it itself, whichever is most efficient). The order section basically prompts the user for a date and time, then asks them for the number of the item we service the consumer wants, then displays the total amount to be deducted from card and prompts user to confirm. After payment is made, a timer is displayed on the application with info on when the item will be delivered. After timer ends and item delivered, the user is shown the info page on how to use the item. Again this is a web app, which looks like an iphone app through safari on iphone but can also be accessed on your computer. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

I have built a similar web application to help existing customers make payment on an order. I would use a php framework to develop the MVC application. This will integrate with a third party payment gateway of your choosing. I would use a bootstrap themes to achieve the responsive design required of a web app compatible with an iOS or Android device.
