I am a developer working in HK on solution design and implementation of Chatbot. I am responsible to finish one chatbot in HK already and is doing another chatbot now. Our chatbot is an one and half year old girl who has the ability to understand the intent of user input. and operating task or answering questions according to the understanding of user input. We dig into many solutions to make our chatbot more clever and scalable, we tried to introduce her ability about intent classification, QA, text analysis , sentiment analysis and so on. and implement a skeleton to make her can be easily add more skills. Also , our Chatbot has the ability to understand the context of user input instead of one to one answer. I am in an agile and efficient team. we make the Chatbot from a prototype become a production in one month and keep improving. Our Chatbot is using NodeJS and MongoDB, we are using many Tools from Microsoft and Google also we tried to implement our own algorithm like QA search. We used Microsoft LUIS and now changing to Dialogflow. I am also a full stuck who is also responsible for frontend code. I am using Angular 6.
