I have hands-on experience delivering multiple Azure SQL Database builds, including schema design, T-SQL development and instance configuration for security and performance. On a recent project I created a DDL-first schema for an Access front end, produced DACPAC and ARM templates, and tuned indexes after profiling queries, which cut slow reports by half. I'd usually start by drafting normalized tables and key indexes in T-SQL, then produce a scripted deployment (ARM or Bicep plus DACPAC) and apply server-level settings such as firewall rules and Transparent Data Encryption. I will also prepare stored procedures, views and a short connect guide for Microsoft Access. I have some questions regarding the project: 1) Will the Access front end use linked tables (ODBC) or pass-through queries, and do you need DSN-based or DSN-less connection strings? 2) What approximate peak row counts and largest table sizes should I design for, and are there expected high-concurrency operations? 3) Do you require Azure AD authentication for users, or SQL logins with role-based database users?
