SQL Report from ERP Data

My business uses Sage 100 Advanced as our ERP system which utilizes a Providx database. The MRP tool in Sage lacks some basic functionality. I am searching for a developer to recreate the MRP report in a SQL (or other) environment based on a pre-designed output that I will provide. The tool should put data into weekly buckets and do basic calculations (add and subtract) with the data in the report. Various filters/options include limiting data to certain part # ranges, certain buyer/planner codes and certain product lines. All of this info is in the database. Also would include saving "favorite" canned reports that are used often. Must include a simple interface for updating/regenerating the report along with a user-friendly interface to transfer/refresh the proper data tables into SQL from Providx.
If other solutions are available outside of SQL, I am open to discuss. Report generation time must be less than 10 minutes from start to finish.
