I appreciate your consideration for this project, but I must confess, I am an Interior Architect and Designer and my skills focus on building design, CAD/CAM, and AutoCAD, not Staad Pro or tower infrastructure projects. While I could certainly create a design for your tower using the tools I'm familiar with, it would be in your best interest to hire someone specifically experienced with Staad Pro for accurate structural analysis.
