Two new California homes need thorough structural design. Deliverables: 1. Structural and framing plans for two properties 2. Corresponding construction drawings The homes will be made of steel Structural Insulated Panels made by PermaTherm ([login to view URL]) All joists are cold-rolled steel by ClarkDietrich, i.e. TradeReady product line, etc. No wooden structural members. All test documents, load tables, surveys, soil reports etc are done and available. Architecture is also done. We use BIM for this project so it's essential that your output is in a BIM shareable format that can be added to the project.
