Candidate is required for remote support via remote desktop to resolve issues with business clients. We Cover approximately 20 business clients average of 5-10 PC's and laptops per business with a total of 10 servers currently to manage.

Deliver clear and concise communication both verbally and written
This work is ongoing all year round reasonable response times are required with regular updates on the ticketing system to report progress of issues.
At this stage we need someone straight away to answer our ticketing system. You will be accountable for your time with regular meetings each morning with your team leader.
Skills: Microsoft Certification is a bonus, Ticketing Systems
You will need a microphone and a reliable internet connection
We will upskill the right candidate generally with Microsoft Certification.
This is a full time position.
Times are between 8:00am - 5pm +930ACST. If you cannot do between this time, you need not apply
Depending on your work - we are looking at between $3-5 per hour depending on how good you are.
