Perm/Fulltime

Fulltime role catering to a range of different Tech clients in the Australian market

Dayshift - AUS time (7am-4pm PH time)

Remote work/Work from home - (Candidate should be based locally within Metro Manila & be responsible for their own setup/resources)

Base salary + commissions + HMO & regular govt mandated benefits (upon regularization)

What you’ll be doing:

Perform end-to-end recruitment functions (from sourcing to onboarding etc.)

Responsible for filling various IT roles in the SDLC sector (Devs, BAs, UX, Testers, PMs etc.)

Candidate Management (engagement & delivery of candidates, perform follow-ups, schedule interviews - maintain & engage candidates throughout the whole hiring process)

Resourcing of candidates using a wide range of sourcing platforms & techniques

Creating & managing job postings, job adverts & influx of candidate applications

Conduct reference checks & assist in the onboarding process

Participate in regular workshops/trainings/white board sessions/collaborative meetings

What we’re looking for: 

Should have strong full-life cycle IT recruitment experience

Strong knowledge in the SDLC & proven background hiring IT Professionals

Must have excellent oral & written english communication skills

Experience recruiting for foreign markets (Aust/US/Canada/Europe/Asiapac etc.) & dealing with candidates from different ethnicities/backgrounds

Excellent candidate management skills

Extensive knowledge & experience with various, relevant recruitment platforms

Good networking/social networking, research & data mining skills

A flexible & well-rounded individual who is driven & self-motivated

Possess strong interpersonal & rapport building skills

A problem solver who is detail-oriented & can think out of the box

Knowledge & familiarity of Australian culture is a big plus
