Job Responsibilities:
- The creation and maintenance of technical documentations like Process definition documents(Work instructions, requirements specification), Solution Design Document (Design specifications, test cases), process flows using tools like visio or other BPMN tools; under the direction of subject matter experts and Solution Architect.
- Ensuring that all documentation related policies and procedures are followed during the creation and maintenance of the documents
Required Skills:
* Technical document creation and maintenance in a validated application or technical infrastructure environment
*should have knowledge of all software documents
* Expert-level specialist with Microsoft Word and Excel technologies
* Clear understanding of compliance and validation documentation requirements
Qualifications
* Atleast 2 year Experience in writing software documentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
* Basic programming/software development background.
* Excellent, proactive problem solver.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
