The software deal with Training Support and has about 4 users groups – Trainer, Trainee, Manager and Administrator.
The software has various modules includes Static and non-static data and information. The static data is once loaded and can be shared whereas the dynamic data is uploaded validated and shared with the users on regular basis. The various modules include User Management, Information Sharing on course content, Group Discussions, Note Pads, Action Planning and commitments, Dashboard and Reports etc.
The help menus should be in detail with the screenshots and processes well explained. They should guide the users as how to use the software and get the best results out of it.
The help should be so detailed and useful that the user should not feel or need any calls to our support team!
We expect that you as a technical writer should suggest and implement new ways to make the help more users friendly and reduce the learning time to the minimum.
We are also open to you suggesting and giving us short storyboards for small animated help files which can be played while using the software. We are open to new ideas.
