Dear Sir/Madam, I have 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Support and daily office administration work. My last project was as a Call Center Agent cum Telemarketer for a fintech company in Kuala Lumpur. For the project, we have to work from home. I have my own laptop, headset, good internet connection, and workstation in my apartment. I can speak and write fluent English. My typing speed is 65-74 words per minute. Which makes me a strong candidate for this role.
Currently, I am working part time as Bailor Ambassador in one of the court in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My job is to help the bailor to post bail using the system created by the court as Malaysia is heading towards digitalizing all transaction in the court.
