Your role is simple: • Call the contacts we give you • Introduce our platform • Invite them to a webinar • Book an appointment This is a pure execution role. No research required. No sales closing required. ________________________________________ About Us GivingFridays is a donation automation platform helping NGOs and religious organisations generate consistent, scheduled donations. Our model: Lead Generation → Webinar → Business Development closes Your role is to execute outreach and fill the pipeline. ________________________________________ Responsibilities 1. Cold Calling • Call NGOs and organisations from provided contact list • Speak to decision makers (chairperson, fundraising, admin) • Introduce platform using provided script • Invite organisations to: o Register for webinar o Book appointment ________________________________________ 2. Follow-Up • Call back leads when needed • Send reminders before webinar • Encourage attendance ________________________________________ 3. Tracking • Update call outcomes in tracking system • Record status (no answer / interested / follow-up / not interested) • Submit daily updates ________________________________________ Workload • 50–100 calls per day • Monday to Friday • Daily reporting required ________________________________________ Requirements Mandatory: • Based in Indonesia • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia • Comfortable with high-volume calling • Able to follow script strictly • Disciplined and consistent ________________________________________ Preferred • Experience in telemarketing / call centre • Strong communication and confidence • Able to handle objections ________________________________________ Compensation (Simplified Model) • Base: SGD 200/month • Bonus: o SGD 8 per appointment (attended) o SGD 12 per webinar attendee Expected: SGD 400 – 600/month Top performers: SGD 600+/month ________________________________________ Important • Appointment counts only if attended • Webinar counts only if attended • All activity must be tracked and verified ________________________________________ What This Role Is NOT You are NOT required to: • Do research • Find leads • Close deals • Run webinars Your job is simple: call + invite + follow up ________________________________________ Tools Provided • Contact list • Call script • Webinar links • Tracking system ________________________________________ Contract • Remote (Indonesia only) • Monthly contract (3–6 months, extendable) • Performance-based continuation ________________________________________ IMPORTANT (Read Before Applying) This role requires daily high-volume calling.
