I have worked with Transcom as a Subject Matter Expert, then later became an Assistant Team Lead for Comcast Cable Activations, then Manager-on-Duty working as a scheduler for the agents and 'am responsible for meeting the service level that is required by the Client; also worked on a project for Invalid transfers that is directly reporting to the Site Director. I have worked with Convergy's as a Customer Account Executive for Comcast West-IP tech; mentored agents by providing coaching, assessment and goals to improve their sales targets. I have worked with IQOR as a Customer Service Representative for Fingerhut, an online shopping site that uses catalogues in making the order entries.
I have worked as a home-base Appointment setter; cold calling, B2B, B2C; telemarketing and Sales Closer for Comcast Business by selling Security Cameras, Internet, Voice, and TV services to Small Businesses. I have called businesses who failed their business loan applications; qualify them and live transfer to support to ensure a successful sale.
