Create an Animation

I need a video with effects for an award show, done in Adobe After Effects. The awards will be for Superlatives .i.e. Most Likely to Cry. I need a video that will : 1st-Dramatically display the Superlative Award--ie "Best Doctor" 2nd-Then the display should show"And the winner is..."{While showing a fast moving cycle of pictures of the entries} and followed by it landing on the Winner. 3nd-The winner's picture should then increase in size with the name of the Superlative under it. There are 19 superlatives for 19 different people. A ordered list is is already created with pictures-names-and the superlatives. Sound should be included. i.e. A shuffle noise when the pictures are cycling. ***You must has samples of After Effects Projects you've completed.*** Pre- deliverable: -Rendered AE file for preview {Make a un-rendered copy to make edits} Final deliverable -A raw, un-rendered after effects file. I will provide all the necessary files upon completion.
