Build a scene with Unreal Engine 4.9

To present a project, I need a specialist of Unreal Engine 4.

The job will be in 2 parts

Part1:

- create a scene according to my requirements (you doe verything from scratch)

- create some 3D models if needed

- make a final video according a story board

- give me all the sources

Part 2

- create a small demo of the game

This game is an STR.

- references

- a real quotation, well explained

- a duration of work

- a description of the job done every 2 days maximum.

- a respect of the milestones, if delay, I want to be informed before this happens

- i do not make payment by advance. Milestones are released after validation of the job done.
