Contract from TV production company 22 min videos at rate of $30 per second

A TV production company is trying to give us a contract. However, they want to test our skills first by asking us to work on a paid test of 5 second video. Its a big contract and if we succeed we will get a contract of delivering 30 anime-like episodes of 22 min each to be delivered every month (a contract that will last 30 months or so). And we really want to crack this deal not for the money (well, for the money too) but for all the great things and whole new set of opportunities that working with TV production companies bring. The rate they are paying us at is $30 per second of video. We already got one guy who is ready to work on this and he has selected the scenes (out of several) to be worked on for the 5 second video. And did some work on it already. But he cannot finish the entire 5 second video alone quickly enough. So now we are looking for animators with solid drawing skills and clean up artists to be able to finish this task in time to give a positive impression on the client. We would animate a part of sequence which is made out of 2 scenes we would animate. All the instructions are provided in the attached zip file which contains a "READ [login to view URL]" and several other image and video files. The client told me he is testing other 2-3 companies too. But he said I am on his priority, because he saw my completion rate and my repeat hire rate which was impressive according to him. And also I told him a convincing plan of how I would go about delivering the 22 min episodes every month with quality and in time, and he was impressed with the plan too. So 90% chances I will get the contract. And 100% chances, if he likes what he sees in this 5 second test video. Once I get the contract, the huge down payment I will get will be enough to make payments to all of you whom I hire for this 5 second test video, and still enough for me to carry out the plans of delivering the 22 min episodes. Also, the best ones of you who produce great work, I will hire on my core team on full-time basis, and you will be working with us for the TV production company for as long as you want. On the other hand, if I don't get the contract as the worst case scenario (on a slight chance), then I promise to make payments to you slowly over a period of 2-3 months for the help that you will do to me for the 5 second video. I make $2000 a month on lower end. I can afford to make payments of at least $100 per month on lower end to be split among all of you (need money for survival too :P). I am an honest person. You can check my employer profile. And I am willing to take a risk of betting my own money on this contract. Please let me know if you are interested in cracking this opportunity. One more thing. Even though I promise to pay out of my own pocket in case we don't get the contract, I will pay it only if the work that you do is not shi*ty :P If you genuinely do good work, and still we dont get the contract, only then I will pay you out of my own pocket. Else I will not pay :P. Please keep in mind before placing that the bid that no milestones will be created for the work, and nothing will be paid until after the video is completed. :P
