Create a 3D animated Newsroom Animation

Lot of tis kind of your to be done in the future. I am rebranding our website I will be having animated videos on the site mainly in the blog I want to create a 3D animated Newsroom (see attached) that features our stick figure reading the News. (Image to be supplied with out the stick figure). This will not be video just a fully rendered animated NEWS SET. I want it to match our Website and just be animated to be almost real but not I have attached all the relevant information for you to look at and provide me with a price. I need the image supplied bake to me as follows. 1) I need this supplied as the full image. 2) I need the image also supplied without the TV and without the desk. You will have to create the floor and window space for those blank areas 3) I need the image also supplied with only the TV with a transparent background 4) I need the image also supplied with only the Desk and chair with a transparent background I need images supplied 1920 x 1080 in PNG, JPEG, and EPS, possibly PSD Please see attachment it should have every thing you need to supply me with a quote
