Create a flat animation

Hello! I\'m looking for someone who can create a flat gif animation for me. Looking for a long term relationship.\r\n\r\nBut for now, I\'m looking for some one who can do a similar animation to this:\r\n[login to view URL]\r\n\r\nThe background color should be: #86C0C7\r\n(Would love to be able to change the background color by my self, if you use any of adobes programs)\r\n\r\nBest regards
