3D Characters Design Animation

My project calls for the creation of animated characters – these characters have a larger head then the body – like image 1 attached Each animated character will have movement in the face but not in the body. The character needs to be created in sequences of two separate levels (and in two separate files for the developer): 1) Idle facial expression – this is very slight facial expression of the character – in an idle position. (for example slight sway of head, blink of eyes every so often) but no extreme facial movements and very very slight noticeable movement 2) Facial movements and expressions - this is the movement of the face especially in the areas of the mouth and eyes and eyebrows that would mirror facial expressions of someone “talking out loud” Type of face: We were thinking we need ZBRUSH type but comical more – ( as in image no 2 but without background) Instructions from the tech developer: *Designs to be on .FBX * Ready for mobile use * Since we are targeting iphone 6+, the model should have textures that will look crisp on it, * Resolution of 1242x2208. *Usage of Unity to import the model so to see final result We are looking for someone to work with us to create a sample test that meets our needs and once we have one perfect sample, we are looking to create a number of similar figures.
