Hello, I am looking for someone who can help me with design of a small eco home designed as a DIY kit. The project would be based on following concept - pics attached. I need all the documents necessary for permits and for the builder.
It needs to be adjusted for au conditions, fully self sufficient, build from materials from sustainable sources or recyclable (i have an idea what materials I would like to use)
The final cost of the building and the simplicity to build it as owner/builder are the main criteria.
I am unsure about the budget - i would need a quote from you.
I would like to collaborate rather than just giving you a brief and let you come up with the design.
Only Victoria based freelancers please, preferably from Melbourne.
