3D interactive House

Pcs: 100 in 24 months Type: modeling, rendering, lighting, realtime model export for web usage (Unity 3D / Sketchfab) This job is about building 3d interactive house applications (incl. Environment like Garden, Sky, etc.) with different sizes and designs based on 3d plans from our customer. The desired export model scene has to be compatible
with Unity 3D and sketchfab.
(best case is one file like .fbx per house).
 We deliver basic data in 3D-DXF or .3DS files and a scene description. We also need five different environment scenarios. They are planned, designed and assembled by the freelancer using paid 3D assets (clip arts) or other sources. Each house is going to have a standard dummy furnishing for interior and exterior and a garden scenario (chosen out of five possible scenarios). The houses are usually build with ground floor, first floor and basement. In some cases we need a (additional) garage. OUTPUT: We need two different views/functions: - external free walk/view (rotate, zoom, pan) - 3 different renderings with a topdown view (of the full scene: up to the roof, down to the basement) Each house scene has to be made in two quality steps: Medium: topdown view w/o furnishing and plants High: topdown view with furnishing, plants, etc. (the main difference between those quality steps is that the high version has the full set of assets shown and the med version only features lighting and textures for walls and floor)
