Interior Design project for an entire house - scope to include mood boards / specifications / and 3D visual (2no. 1 natural light, 1 x mood lighting) Rooms consist of: - Hallway (Downstairs) - Colour scheme, accessories including artwork & mirroes (UK products), lighting required - Small W/C - Colour & Accessories (To flow from hallway) - Kitchen Diner / - Colour scheme, accessories, lighting to dining area. - Hall & Stair walls - Colour / Accessories & artwork / light fixtures - Study - Colour / accessories / lighting - Small bedroom - Colour, accessories & furniture / lighting - Main Bath - Colour & accessories (Limited scope) - Second Bedroom & Ensuite - Colour / Accessories / furniture / light fixtures / artwork - Hall to Master - Lighting / wall colour and accessories - Master bedroom - Colour / lighting and limited accessories. Pictures of all rooms to be provided and floor plan. Design is to flow from room to room. Furniture, in master bedroom to stay, all other areas flexible. Upon completion, interior designer will be provided completion photos to use as part of portfolio. Allowance to be made for amendments as required to complete job. Fee fixed on this basis.
