Hello, I'd be very keen to work with you on your animal-shaped components. Organic shapes are always much more interesting to create than more 'geometrical' ones! My background is in the medical implant industry (artificial hips, knees, etc), so I'm used to working with sweeps, lofts, etc. Over the past few months I've been working with a client on a small household machine with several injection-molded plastic parts, which is now in production in China, so I have recent experience of designing successfully for injection molding. I use SolidWorks - if the native part files aren't suitable for your needs it offers many generic formats such as Parasolid or IGES as options for export.
