Create a item tracker script/website.

Looking for someone to create a script or website to track items from various US stores. It would be something similiar to: **[login to view URL]** I would need the site to track items I drop in. It would constantly check throughout the day whether or not it is in stock. I would set the time intervals. It must be compatible with many of the biggest web stores. It must be able to alert me with the various ways as the example above, web, text, mobile, desktop. Please give me a estimate and a time frame for completion. All work will be tested and verified to make sure it is working prior to making all payables.
