I am an academic who is doing plagiarism detection on Status of Forces Agreements between countries. Status of Forces Agreements are legal documents signed between a country that has troops stationed in another country. These outline troops' legal status, what their role and limitations within the country are, and who should get to prosecute them in the event of a crime. Some of these documents can be quite long but should be relatively straight-forward to translate.
Additionally, the original documents are often in two languages (such as Dutch and German), but only one translation should be necessary. I have attached a sample of one of the documents. The translation should be organized along the same way (with Article numbers, section numbers, etc.) and then translated into a Word document.
Also, since this is for a peer-reviewed article, only certified translators will be considered for the job.
