I am also personally interested in these subjects so I don't think I'd have any problems at all with the content. I work efficiently and thoroughly, and I don't consider a project to be finished until you're completely happy with the result. I put special emphasis on good spelling and to make the text sound as natural as possible for the Swedish reader. I'll be available for long time work, and my usual rate per word is 0,02$. To be honest I have not counted how many words I translate per hour since the content I work with differ a lot, but my clients use to say that I work fast. I have studied in a bilingual school for 14 years, and I graduated with A in both English and Swedish. I'm native Swedish, have studied linguistics, translation theory and localization. The amount of words/hour differs vastly depending on type of text and subject, but it sounds like this is long-format text which is much easier. If I'm translating close to the original I would estimate I can translate about 600 words/hour. If what you need is closer to term translation that would decrease the speed to ~100 words/hour. If it's trivial long-form text the speed would instead increase to ~1000 words/hour. Give me a sample text and I can give you a better estimate.
