Set up a custom domain name (I already own the domain) for my tumblr

This is a easy task and I believe i can complete this within an hour. It is a matter of editing your tumblr settings to allow the domain name to always redirect to you tumblr page. I have advanced computer skills and a great knowledge of domain names and will be able to complete this project with ease.

Well, for starters I see that the thing you want is to have a page that only redirects you to a different page. I am very new to this, so I made the minimal bid, and if you give me a chance, I can try and make this happen.
