I have a 6 minute video that needs subtitles adding to it and rendered out as an mp4. I have the .srt file with all the subtitles. I also need a banner placed across the top throughout the video. This needs to be a 24 hour turnaround plus 2 revision rounds. An example of the banner and subtitle arrangement is attached.
