Client Project and YT Video EDITOR

Job Description:
Hi everyone!
My company is Seaside Media and we are beginning to build our brand and awareness.
I need a video editor who can edit client projects that I produce, as well as weekly or biweekly YouTube videos. This would also include editing thumbnails.
This will be a consistency and recurring job. I would most likely pay a flat rate every month for the YouTube videos, but I would pay hourly for client projects as that depends on the project. We will begin in January :)
