*****Please note, I do not have the required knowledge of video making to be able to state a good budget. Please state your own bid.***** I have a video I have made myself. I need it to be re-done, but professionally using an appropriate professional explainer voice, background music and to play around with the use of graphics to make it attractive watch. All using the same files that I have used, as attached. I propose to scrap your attempt and create a whiteboard or animated video and outsource the voice over using a voice over artist so they can watch the completed video and record their speech so it all times perfectly. I am base in London, naturally as this site takes fees immediately the milestone would need to be released on the bid award. Thanks and good luck Tom
