AOSA Conference Session Videography

We have 3 to 4 1.25 hour professional development sessions at our conference that we would like available on our private Youtube channel after the conference is over. We cover issues associated with copyright, etc. We just need a videographer with equipment and editing skills to attend and video the session (you'll have a direct line into the audio equipment on site), edit the video, and make the final available on a DVD and in dropbox. We are a non-profit organization and use these videos as a part of our membership package in training music educators. We have historically paid between $500-$750 per session and have a total budget for up to 4 sessions of $2000. Dates are November 12-13-14. We would work with you for all the sessions to take place on only one of those days. We will have two sites for sessions to be recorded with one site with 2 sessions in the morning, an 1.5 break to move things, then 1 to 2 sessions in the afternoon.
