Redevelop a html/javascript MMO strategy game into a mobile game

I have an existing browser based strategy MMO game. Now I want to redevelop the client to run on mobile phones of IPhone and Android. The existing client is javascript based. We will reuse the existing graphs. So the mobile version is still a text/graph based game basically.
There are some change to be done
1, the UI structure need to be changed. The screen of the game will be changed from horizontal to vertical. To fit for the mobile screen, the order and position of player operations need to be redesigned.
2, A graphic based world map will be added. Now the world map is only text based.
3, A simple animation based battle re-play will be added. Now there is only report for battles
4, Facebook sharing functions is needed.
5, The in-game purchasing module of the game needs to work with the payment system of apple app store and google play store.
6, A new professional tutorial to guide new players is needed
7, Music and sound is needed.
There is no design document for the game, but the client is developed in javascript. So all the existing client code is open. And there is a wiki may help you to understand the game.
Requirement:
The freelancer should have rich experience to develop mobile game. And interested in strategy mmo game. Please provide me a list of the mobile games you developed before and the price and timeline of your proposal.
Milestones: (For each milestone, after the source code and related resource are submitted to me and satisfy the requirements at my environment, the milestone will be released)
1, the UI restructure and design
2, the existing game implementation
3, the graphic world map and and animation battle re-play. Background music and sound.
4, the professional tutorial
5, the Facebook sharing and in-game purchasing system integration with apple app store and google play store. All bugs should be fixed in the last milestone.
Please make sure you have the experience to design and develop the front end of a mobile strategy game. I am open mind for different technology
