I am a startup that has had a lot of initial success and unfortunately not enough good people to help. I am looking for accountable people to help with many tasks. It could be email handling, making calls, transcription, research, etc. More importantly, I need people with flexible scheduling, eagered to learn, unafraid to ask questions and ask for more responsible. Simply put, I won't fail and I need other people who know they can do a great job as well. I will hire many freelancers until I find the right people. The people who excel at their roles will be given more responsibility and more opportunity to earn more money. We need a win-win for this to work. You need to produce and I need to pay.
