Job Description: Attend our website’s global visitors on chat and engage in proactive conversation to know their service requirements, build trust and accordingly suggest a suitable product.
Working Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm IST Mon to Sat
1. Excellent command over written English.
2. Soft skills and subtle sales approach required to turn visitors into buyers.
3. Good typing speed, be able to attend 2-4 customers efficiently, timely and accurately.
4. Experience in call center in non-voice process, computer background will be an advantage.
5. Quick learner and comfortable in working in 24/7 operations
6. Part-time college students, mothers with toddlers, physically challenged people or any other person who can devote at least 8 hours a day, 6 days a week are welcome.
7. Candidate must not be a job hopper. We are looking for long term relationship.
1. Desktop or Laptop computer with Windows OS, minimum 4GB RAM.
2. Power-back to cover blackouts/electricity outages.
3. Wired internet broadband connection, minimum 2Mbps.
4. Smart phone with Viber app for internal real time communication.
5. System free from any malware, and good antivirus installed for data protection.
6. Documentation: Any Govt. issued photo ID with permanent address.
Shortlisted candidates will go through minimum 5 days training. Followed by a three-level test to check their product knowledge, speed and understanding of work logic. You will also receive stipend during the training.
1. Starting INR 16K/month basic + added allowance based on the number of profiles undertaken.
2. Quarterly assessments to add job responsibilities and earn more.
3. Payment will be on 16th and 1st of each month.
4. Opportunity to earn bonus and leaves after 3-4 months of continuity.
