I need a well-versed virtual assistant with experience multiple areas you will need to be confirmable on the phone at times and familiar with email communication. Your daily tasks will consists of: 1. Email Clients and Leads 2. Check, Sending Invoices 3. Checking Schedule and Scheduling Calls 4. Sending client access information to clients services such as wordpress (Wordpress Experience is a huge plus). 5. Short Training Videos will be created for most needed tasks that You are asked to perform. 6. Must be Availability during U.S. Business Hours. 7. Ability to speak on skype or whatsapp is a requirement. You will be provided with email and phone capabilities. 8. You will make outbound calls and take inbound calls on occasion and will be responsible for booking appointments. 9. You will also need light experience using Social Media. 10, You will need to keep detail notes when following up with Vendors, Service Providers and Clients. 11. quick How to videos are provided form CRM You will be trained on the CRM. You will also assist with Marketing in Some areas so experience is a huge plus. 12. Coordinate with other contractors to insure that deadlines are met and project are moving forward. I will assist with this. You will 4-5 Hours Daily or up to 30 hours per week. - Ability to work independently and a stable internet connection is needed. - Speaking and typing Fluid english is a requirement. - Experience working with Google Sheets, Google Drive and Zoom is Required. Experience that would be a plus, If you have experience with any, please list all that apply in your cover letter. These skills will get you bumped to the top of the list. These are not required but definitely a plus. - Wordpress - Adobe Creative Suite - Shopify - Blogging - Mailchimp

I have read your requirements well and starting as per you mentioned about English fluency i have been excellent in English language with having good experiences in handling mails, interacting on skype, whatsapp. Secondly availability i would be available on US business hours so that is not a problem. Thirdly wordpress i have been using wordpress platform since 3 years now and have plenty of work done on it from plugins to security of websites.
