I've worked for BPO companies for 9 years. As customer support, I always help my customers by providing helpful information, answering their questions, and responding to difficult complaints. As a CSR on telco companies my duties there were to explain to the customer their cellphones and home phone bill, do some technical trouble shootings, do sales, and sometimes I'm being assigned to do Quality Analysis to my colleague's phone recordings.
You should hire me because I'm a born problem-solver – I love the challenge of figuring out how to fix issues. Part of this is being able to calmly communicate with clients to gather information about problems.
During my time as an agent, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and was awarded best agent after just four months being with the company.
