To apply for the job, please fill the application form: [login to view URL] JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Doing research work for the CEO such as collecting information on a subject, making calls to service providers to collect info, etc. • Setting appointments, making travel arrangements and ensuring meetings start and end on time. • Executing ad-hoc tasks, such as helping with managing the contact network, ordering gifts, etc. • Helping with ad-hoc tasks in various functional areas such Online Marketing, Social Media Management, etc. REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES: • Excellent communication skills. • Being comfortable with making calls to service providers and following-up as needed. • Excellent “Attention to Detail” You would need to have a solid stable internet connection as well as well as a Work Environment free from distraction so you are able to work from home. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – OFFSHORE (FULL-TIME) • 5 Day Working Week.
