Joomla 1.7 Template With Logo + Logo for FB Page + 3 Banners

I am building a new web site an online Shopping Directory in the UK using Joomla 1.7 Jomsocial and Kunena Forum. I am in need of a template designed for the site that fits with what the site is about together with logo design and 3 banners which can be used by those wishing to reciprocal links submit links to the directory and 1 logo for the Facebook Page for the site. All to be themed the same and in keeping of what the site is about with Logo and Banners matching up to the site logo itself. Facebook Logo size would be of the dimensions 300px x 300px Banner 1 of the size 120px x 90px with the logo and wording We are listed on List the Shops Banner 2 of the size 234px x 60px with the logo and wording We are listed on List the Shops Banner 3 of the size 468px x 60px with the logo and wording We are listed on List the Shops One idea I had for the logo design was for the British Union Jack Flag as if blowing in the wind be used there again I am no designer you may have other ideas or suggestions. Once the site goes live at the year end there will be potential for the successful candidate to receive other work through 2012 with themed templates eg Christmas Valentines Easter Halloween etc.
