New Webdesign for Website

Website Design. We are Software Services company and would like to redesign our Website. We enclose herewith content for our website home page and would like to see few designs sample before we award the whole new website. Further Work would be like Corporate presnetation, Brouchere etc.. ona regular basis The Website would be managed using our proprietory content managment system. We would require only the Graphics and Wire Frame along with cropped Pictures. The Orginal Graphical Files would also be required to deliver ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. We do not want any integration as the integration would be done with proprietary Content management system. We would appreciate more of simple Graphics and Text rather than any flash animations etc. We want it simple, Professional, Graceful and CRISP.... Color etc we can be choosy and also can be defined using our CSS and hence more of text... We would appreciate simple sample based on our explanation. It is not compulsory but will help us choose the bidder as we need to understand how they understand our explanations from the excel sheet.
