Yutube message sender..

We need a software : That we can import user list .. Message box where we can insert our message. And user login list where we can add a list of youtube accounts the usernames and their passwords.. So now we need a messager that will send 25 messages and then change username no mater how many usernames are added until the user list to be finished the software to do that... with time delay we can put ex: 3 to 5 sec.. So can some one do this..? Is for emergency, do not bid for more then 30 $ we will pay with Western Union
