Port Windows DB App from VB6 to VB.Net

We have an internal DB program that is used as an order and customer DB frontend to an Access database. It was written in VB6 and we would like to have it ported to Visual Basic .Net. It consists of about 25 forms, some basic modules and classes. Overall it is about 45,000 of VB6 code. It attaches to an Access Database. There is a lot of DB interaction and some SQL. We are looking for someone to convert it to .Net. There will be lots of code conversion and updating of forms. Experience in VB6 is required, as is .Net and SQL DB work. When you are done the project should compile and the links and controls should all be functional. I would also consider having just the 5 major forms of the application ported instead of the entire project. Please be specific in your background experience with VB and DB projects.
