Simple Microsoft Word Macro for Text Manipulation

I would like to make a Microsoft Word Macro which takes a small amount of text and manipulates it so I can have a daily worksheet. It is mostly copying text and applying different formatting to it. I'd also like to amend a second macro so that it only is executed between two delimiters.
