I would like to hire a Coder

Hi! I’m an English-to-French translator from Canada. I need the help of someone who masters Word VBA programming to develop some macros that will automate some parts of my work. Some are downright basic. But some require in-depth knowing of the workings of Word VBA. I’ve tried my best to cut every wanted action into tiny, clearly described pieces, in a 40-page document. You don’t need to know any French. You don’t need to know much about the workings of translation either. Here is what I expect: 1. You should speak enough English to be able to address issues with me over any videoconference software. (Don’t worry about any accent. I have a thick French accent when I speak English. As long as we understand each other, it’s fine.) 2. You should be honest enough to tell me whenever there are some actions you have no clue how to program. 3. You should be proactive enough to suggest me other approaches that would allow us to reach the same goals, when my design suffers some failings. 4. You must check your code on Office 2016 before you send it. I have around 12 different macros for you to work on. I don’t expect them to be ready all at once. I would send you the simplest ones, test them, pay for them, then hand you the description of the next ones once you would be ready to go. I've joined 2 examples of pretty straightforward, short macros (12-1, 13-2 and 13-2 files are screenshots of my document), and 1 extract of the most complex macro (5-1).
