Improve Hero Section Responsiveness and Design

I am looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to make a focused improvement to the hero section of my psychology practice website. The main issue is that the hero section does not display consistently across screen sizes. On some devices, the logo, headline, text, and button become misaligned or overlap with the menu/header. This is a small fixed-budget project, so I am not looking for a full website redesign.
